Return & Exchange & Shipping Policies

We are making adjustments to our return policy that you can find ON Your printed receipt!
We have 3 lovely dressings rooms so we encourage you to try on so that you can make sure you LOVE IT when you leave!
-we do not do cash refunds. If something doesn’t fit, (darn it) we can exchange for a different size in the same item...if we do not have the item, we will issue store credit.
-FINAL SALE ITEMS:Shoes, undergarments, jewelry, z supply, sale or
Clearance items, pre-orders are FINAL sale without exception. (If you receive a damaged item we need to know within 3 days upon receiving to make the exchange)
-We have a strict 14 day return policy from the date of your receipt. (If we happen to make an exception, but, the items have since went on sale and we do not have any left-you will get credited for the sale price of the item)
-exchange items must be from a smoke free, pet free home/car. Tags must be still in tact and must have the printed receipt. We will examine the piece to ensure that an exchange can be given!
-Shipping: We will ship out within 3 days of your order, if you have chosen shipping. Consumer is responsible for returning item within 16 days of arrival. We will look over the product and make certain that all tags are in tact and in 100% conditon. We will then issue your store credit. 
If you are exchanging for a different size of an item, we will send you the new item when we receive your items!

In-store pickup option- We will hold your item for 3 days in the store. If you do not pick up your item after the 3 days, you will be refunded in store credit, and the item will go back online. (Please, reach out to us via email or facebook if you have an exception.)
